Both the blue shorts and the rectangular form they are resting on are made entirely of latex house paint. The paint is poured into a flat mold and once dried is cut into patterns and pieced together. In this form the paint is relatively sensitive to it's environment and will soften with warmth and slowly solidify when cold, it becomes a fluid feeling object.
